Japanese Charts: Atelier Ryza 3 Debuts In Third As Resident Evil 4 Knocks Kirby Off The Top Spot

Pokémon Scarlet and Violet creep up on 5 million copies sold.

The latest Japanese charts are in from Famitsu (via Gematsu) and this week sees two new titles thrown into the mix — though the familiar classics continue to put up big numbers.

Resident Evil 4 on the PS5 and PS4 take the top two spots this time around, selling 89,662 and 85,371 copies respectively, finally knocking Kirby's Return to Dream Land Deluxe off the top spot (now sitting in fourth place). Atelier Ryza 3: Alchemist of the End & the Secret Key also made a strong debut on the Switch, selling 31,140 copies and just about getting on the podium in third.
