Over the past few days, rumours of the Switch successor's SoC (system-on-chip) have been surfacing online, which has got people speculating once again which chip the upcoming console might use.
@OreXda, known for accurately leaking smartphone-related tech, initially claimed that the Switch successor would use an Nvidia Tegra chip for the next console that's "manufactured from 5LPP" from Samsung (via Notebookcheck). Previously, the Tegra239 has been the popular rumour, with an Nvidia employee confirming its existence.
