Over the last few years, game publishers have been quietly (and in some cases, quite loudly) raising the price of their software products to $70. It's a price that, for many in this day and age, is an increasingly big ask, but it's unfortunately the reality that we're now living in.

Nintendo games, for the most part, have avoided this price hike, but if a recent listing for The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom is to be believed, then it seems that the franchise's latest entry might be joining the ranks of the $70 games.
