Samsung Galaxy Watch Ultra initial review: Strong but polarizing first effort

We're very impressed with the Galaxy Watch Ultra thus far, but most of its best upsides can also be found in the much cheaper Galaxy Watch 7 — and it doesn't have quite the battery boost we'd hoped for.
